You know Facebook makes me realize a couple of things:
(1) A lot of people have NOTHING better to do with themselves. Do you not get that feeling when you read some of their status updates?
(2) I don’t know about you but there are a couple of former lovers, f*ckbuddies, playmates, girlfriends, etc of mine on there and when l look at their page, I let out a big “whew”……and thank God that I’m not with them no more…….
(3) There’s no way people have 4,000 friends and they personally know each and every one of them. I REFUSE to believe that. Oh yeah, tell me who the hell friend #3,945 is and how you know them and when you met them? Waiting…..

Random-ness. The brain is all over the place.
(1) Do I really care that Fiddy, M.JB or Ty.ler P.erry are using performance en.hancing drugs? Do I really care if athletes use them either? Look forget enhancing your image or adding years to your career. If you want to take that shit and your dick falls off and your balls shrivel up and your nipples start to peel off, go right the hell ahead. I’m sure it was worth it.
I wonder how many people would actually take that stuff if it helped their career. If I told you that I got some shit to help be a better engineer, director, accountant or whatever you do, it will help you make more money, get notoriety and the like, would you take it? Even if you know there’s a chance, although slim, that you could get caught, would you do it? And then would you be like Ma.rion J.ones all boo-hoo’ing and shit in front of the courtroom because years after you played your husband in the media for taking ‘roids, your ass was taking them too?
And hey, Congress, stop wasting my tax dollars investigating this shit? There’s other pressing issues in America you know. Don’t make me start naming some.

I can’t believe I’m up at work today.
Matter of fact, I can’t believe this place is even open. I have serious issues with the lack of holiday recognition here. When more than 90% of your employees take off on Christmas Eve, you should close. But nooooooooo this is what happens when you have upper management that runs the company and have no family, kids, or even potential significant others. Until any of those happen, employee satisfaction will not be at the top of the list. Maybe I’ll get an email at 3pm telling me to go home early. Wooo-hooooo.
For some reason this year, it has taken A LOT for me to get in the spirit. I started my shopping this past weekend, literally, left my house at 8pm on Saturday night to start shopping. Destination: Tar-jay. Let’s just say it was adventurous. Speaking of which, if I was single, I would go to Tar-jay to meet women. (but I’ll save that for a Fresh Five)

1 – I have a serious issue when parents have on more clothes than a baby. As I’m typing, I’m looking right at a mother with a big ass bubble coat on, gloves and a hat. Her baby – no more than let’s say 18 months – has on a thin jacket and no hat. The kid’s face is red probably because its so cold outside.
2 – I still haven’t started Christmas shopping and to be perfectly honest with you, I’m not really stressing it either.
3 – Why do some people ALWAYS have to have a comment? And it seems like the ones who do are always the LOUDEST ones in the group. This week I’m just going to tell people to shut up…..

1 – My Yankees lost last night. I blame this shit on those damn insects in Game 2. My JETS got pimp slapped by the Giants (shut it up Sixty). Only one win so far in 5 games and this guy is gonna keep Chad “I can’t throw the ball more than 20 yards” P.ennington as the QB. I can’t wait for basketball season…….
2 – I think wifey is in cohoots with my teams losing. I’m not a “brush-off-wifey-because-a-game-is-on” type of person unless it’s Yankees playoff game or the Jets are playing the Giants, both of which happened this weekend. Secretly I know she wanted both to lose so I can resume my honey-do list next weekend…
