Always Funky Fresh – The Blog v2.0

I promise to talk about more relevant topics as soon as I feel better. Yup, you’re boy is hemmed up with a case of the slowyourassdownitis. Usually when you get sick, you feel it coming on but with slowyourassdownitis (that’s slow-your-ass-down-itis for you slow folk), it just comes and knocks you down so quick and for a few days. I think it’s God sent for real.

Either it was the new workout I tried last week, which felt good while I was doing it but afterward, hurt like hell. OR it was the fact that I ate meat again for the first time since late August and what did I have? A damn burrito. (talk about a bad choice) OR it’s the fact that these damn penguins at my job like to keep the AC on blast when it’s barely reaching 70 degrees outside…yeah…I vote for the latter. (I need to find a way to set the thermostat higher and break the knob off)

This joint swooped down in a like a matter of minutes. I went from “hell yeah it’s Friday” to “fugg nah, what day is it…where’s my bed and some Tylenol” You know something knocked the crap out of me when (a) I come home and go right to bed. I’m talking on some 7pm-ish. (b) I don’t get out of bed until the next day and still feel like dog doo-doo (c) you crack on me and I don’t respond back with anything but “heh” (if my quick wit is gone, I’m gone)  and (d) and most important, I walk past the lady that works on the 2nd floor with the backside BUBBLE and don’t acknowledge her or turn around. Yup. Fresh is sick.

I was hurting, struggling, losing IQ by watching music videos and this morning, I logged on for the first time in a few days and saw this……
